Gabriele and Lefteris present at the Biophysical Society Meeting 2022

The 66th annual meeting of the Biophysical Society took place in San Francisco over the past few days.

Gabriele presented his research on spatial organisation of GPCRS in front of an excited crowd. His talk is titled “Molecular Mechanism of Formation of GPCR Domains at the Cell Surface” and was part of the Membrane Fusion and Organisation platform.

Lefteris presented the results of his thesis in his poster titled “Direct Observation of Regulation by Mode-Switching of a Mammalian Brain V-ATPase”. His poster garnered a lot of interest which kept him busy throughout the entire poster session.

This year’s BPS meeting proved to be an exciting and stimulating experience. It is a true privilege to be able to engage with so many talented scientist’s research, to learn from them, and get inspired for your own work.

From r. to l.: Lefteris, Gabriele, and me with the Golden Gate Bridge faintly in the back.
